Itrat spent the day with volunteering group Keep Hecky Tidy;
Myself and my husband regularly volunteer with the group today spent the morning clearing up the war memorial and graveyard and uncovering many of the monuments
The land is council owned and has been neglected the group are waiting for a response from the council to either clear the area or allow a local landscape company to take on the project
The volunteers do an amazing weather and are out in all weathers deserve recognition for their efforts
